Not really but if you want to apply some protection;  the edges of the plywood floor, and the bottom plate of the wall framing are the areas that water usually collects at when a leak develops.Sealing...

I tend to agree with Rob. Sometimes, wood rots faster is it's sealed. Water gets in and can't get out. I had that experience with a horse trailer floor. Instead of the usual 6 to 10 years, we got 3!...
